Battersea Power Station – Phase 4
The Ardmore Group developed the 4th phase of 386 affordable homes on the former site of the Battersea Power Station.
The homes range in size from 1-bedroom apartments to 4-bedroom family homes. The client used our ‘Rho’ range of stainless steel door furniture.
The homes have been designed by award-winning architects Patel Taylor and take their inspiration from London’s historic mansion blocks.
This development includes 12,000 sq ft of business flexible incubator space for local entrepreneurs. A 17,000 sq. ft new medical centre and a 60,900 sq. ft of new public realm including a 10,000 sq. ft central garden square with children’s play area.
