At Doras Hardware we offer Architectural Hardware, supplied with or without doors. We assist in ironmongery selection and specification with seamless liaison with our own or your door provider. Our personnel are fully qualified to GAI and Registered AI status with external technical staff covering the UK and Northern Ireland. We have over 250 years’ experience and have seen our role change over time. Our primary role is to take on this element and its workload and the worry, so you can get on with doing what you do best.
We have been supplying Architectural Hardware since our launch in 2003 to fantastic clients with exciting projects across the UK and overseas. We strive at all times to build lasting relationships with our clients and our suppliers alike. In 2022, we took a further step forward with our merger with J&P Hardware Ltd in Newcastle to complimentary strengthen both our knowledge bank base, stock holding and personnel to enhance our distribution capacity through the UK Ireland and abroad.
Being a totally independent company is one of our strong points too, as we are not linked to a specific trading group, having corporate limitations as we have developed our own solid lines of supply in the UK and across the world. We are, therefore, able to choose the right product for your project. A choice which matches your design and specification choice, aspirations and budget as well as meeting and exceeding the necessary and ever-changing building regulations and legislation.
Our main Sales Office is located in Boston, Lincolnshire providing ease of access to most regions of the UK. With recent additional sales personnel and offices in the North East of England and in Scotland.
Our products can be delivered direct to site, to the contractor or the doorset partner in pre-assembled door labeled packs, prepared for ease of site installation for each individually referenced door for the entire project.
